We have read the brochure “Weddings at St. John's Church” which sets forth the policies and procedures
for weddings at St. John's Presbyterian Church of Reno, Nevada. Our signatures below and the enclosed
deposit indicate our agreement to abide by these policies and to share this information with other wedding
participants. In return, St. John's Presbyterian Church confirms the wedding date and time and will provide
the services indicated in the brochure.
